Everynight i job and i end up home faster .should i run a longer rout?
I go jogging at night and i try to run at least 45min or a hour..i look for a diffrent route to extend my running..
Yeaa i run and it only takes me about 17-22mins .but i run around 9pm or 11pm at night so i dont run for hecka long cus i dont want know one to try n snatch me up so im going to start running earlyer so i can run for a hr or so
Thats what i do i run .than walk than run again
Try another route or just run farther out than usual. Iv found some pretty cool routes just by changing it up alittle.
Try running in intervals it works great. Or alternate in between power walking, jogging, and running. I know how you feel about running at night. It can be scary to think somebody can by and snatch you off of the street. Try running stairs at a local hospital if there's one nearby. I've done it before. There's lots of security and privacy. Running stairs is great for your knees too, I've read at ab-workouts-guide/running. Best of luck n God Bless.
First of all if you are going to run at night, get some piece of mind, a personal defense weapon would do the trick. After that I suggest you switch the route up, maybe add some working out to your jog, run faster all those things will help you.
