I need help setting up a workout to help me learn to run again. I had a head injury and was in a coma for a month loosing my ability to run but if i can retrain my right leg to function correctly i think ill be able to run again. My knee does not know how to bend correctly even to walk and i have real balance issues. I want to be able to run the gate river run next year in florida. I have access to a gym with all the equipment just not sure what i need to do to properly retrain my knee, i do the treadmill but walk fast still cant run

I would try the recumbent bike to help with the knee
