Need help asap! I work 14 hrs every day except sunday and that's when I sleep...I bartend and am a cashier at a clothing store...how the h311 am i gonna lose any weight, im always stressed and tired and i wanna quit smoking also but its hard I would really appreciate any advice Im 142 wanna get to 125 with muscle tone

Gotta change your thinking first. Baby steps. Start cutting out just one smoke a day. Then two and so on. At the same time you can do certain exercises while working. Or do them while in the shower or brushing your teeth ect. Do work those legs while standing. Do some squats instead of bending over. Be creative and stay motivated.
