What gets you all motivated to get up and work out? Theres so many days where im like im 2 tired so i dont get up and will go days without working out. HELP!

My motivation is the way I feel. I feel so happy with myself. I don't really see epic changes but I know I'm preventing myself from getting fat. On the days I really am tired I take it easy and do a stretching workout or something easy.

My motivation is my goal..feel good in my body and be enough strong to protect the everyone I care about..of course everyone is tired but keep in my mind,its for you,all these efforts you are making.. and results are really sweet,believe me
