We all have some time were we start to slack. Just really think about your goal and why you wanna reach it. Focus on the positive things. I find myself really motivated when I am up against a due date or another person. I would recommend setting a goal for yourself (such as 10 pounds by the end of April) to help you. Keep the goals small so that you can reach them, and don't give up halfway. Also, get a buddy! It is great when you have a group of ppl helping and supporting you!! I learned this from joining a Swim team, which I absolutely love. There are lots of ppl on here that are also looking for buddy's and one I them could be yours!! C'mon, you can do it!!!!!
