Hello everyone, summer is almost here and I am far from bikini ready and in need of a workout buddy. I'm basically trying to tone all over. I'm looking for someone that will help motivate me to get at least 25 minutes of cardio in 5 days a week and daily ab, arm, and leg workout. I'm a waitress so I spend about 30+ hours a week on my feet waking/running and I have a hour 1/2 jazz class two times a week but it's not enough (obviously). I eat well (no fast food, fried foods, preservatives, and most of my meals consist of fruits and veggies since I'm a vegetarian on most days... I sneak in some salmon sometimes) but I would like to drink more water and eat less carbs which I've cut down significantly to only once or twice a week. Soo any one want to help?
I want to start working out but I lack the motivation. I have gained a lot of weight and sitting here watching my boyfriend work out and losing a lot of weight is making me jealous and feel pathetic.
I am not sure how this work out system works yet but I would love to find a few people who would like to get on a schedule with me!
All I have to say is this girl is not getting into a nice bikini until she looses this tummy thing shes got goin on! :)
