Ifeel soo bad cus i just ate fastfood :( but why did i poop it out right after i ate it?

How long have you gone without fastfood? Do you eat high fiber normally?

Thats what happens when you eat food.. I guess you learn something new everyday! :) Orrr you have diarrhea. And that's okay! Happens to the best of us!!

Your body was probably getting used to better eating, once the grease hit your stomach it automatically rejected it and sent it back out.

No i dont want to eat out. Im either cracing a salad or fruit or vegi. Eating alot of salads at school and fruit at home. Nd i started way before i hot this app i stopped drinking soda.

1) the grease works as a laxative 2) consider what you ate before hand 3) it is your body natural ability to get rid of unhealthy food or something in access such as the high calorie garbage you just ate
