Do any of you guys have any tips for staying motivated to work out and eat healthy? I would really appriciate any advice

Buy a dress or an outfit in a smaller size that you are dying to wear and put it where you can see it every day. Even try it on so you can see how close you are getting to fit in it.

Focus on the body you want..your goal and dnt let go no matter what,your best motivator is as healthly as possible(not fatty,salty and varied diet),at fixed hours and drink a lot of water..

Yeah, what Matt said. Stay focused on your goal. Remember there are a lot of people here that can help you out too. Find someone or a group you can workout with, it makes you accountable and that can be very effective. Good luck, you can do this!
