I need a personal trainer/couch because I dont have the discipline on my own......

Right and its that for me with I cant seem to motivate maself to get up and keep going with training.

I.understand the thing to probably help you is to start with workouts that's around probably 2 or 1mins to start it of and when you feel as if your ready you take it to the next step and o probably a 4 ,6 or 7 mins workout
