Motivation to lose weight after pregnancy.....

I was 125 pre-pregnancy, 175 giving birth, 150 after birth and right now 10 months later I am stuck at 148. btw: I am breastfeeding also.

food wise I don't eat bad, the only thing I eat badly is sweets. I love sugar :( I tried doing the fruit substitution for sweets, but I got bored with the fruit and my local grocery stores don't have good fresh fruit.

this is what I'm wanting to do: lose fat in my inner thighs, lose my back fat and hugh love handles (all my pregnancy weight went to my hips and back), I also need to get my flexibility back (dancer for 15 years, stopped dancing for a year and lost all of my flex).
I know you can't target only one area, so what are some good full body workouts?

please send me some motivation and encouragement!!!

You can do it! Dancing is the solution, lol :)
Do few workouts from here and do dance as exercise :)
