I want to work out but i feel as if i have no motivation.... what are some good ideas.
After i had my first son i found a cutr dress i was a little big for. I wantrd to.get back in that dress, so i hung it on the door of my closet and tried it on every day or two. At first i could hardly pull it up. Then i could get it on but couldnt zip it. As the days went on i could finally zip it, then the dress eventually got to be too big for me. It was a great motivation for me. It was a tangable goal that i could measure my progress in a way that i could really see. Also, if you are looking for an online workout buddy feel free to let me know. It always helps to be accountable to someone.
