Hey, everyone! I'd like to hear what your goals are as we begin to approach summer.
My goal is to lose 15 pounds by May, as well as complete two challenges: 100 squats and 100 crunches a day for 30 days.
My goal is to lose 10 pounds, but most important to tone my upper body and my legs! Another stupid one goal is to win 2020 OLYMPICS !

Before I tell you my goal you need a little back up info. I just quit smoking after ten years and haven't worked out in a long time. Every summer I play soccer once a week and that is it.

Great goals! Mine is to lose 20 lbs by july (my bday) ive lost 10 so far ^.^ ...i also think its b great to have a toned tummy, arms, all that good stuff, i just don't think i can by july xp
