Good news! Ever since I started working out I have lost over 29 pounds to date! I still have 40 pounds to lose! I owe it all to everyone of whose posts I seen over the past few months! Not only did I join the gym for cardio I also hired a weight trainer! I expect to reach my goal weight by the end of the summer if not sooner! Good luck to everyone!
