Recently I've noticed that I seem a lot larger than usual and not sure if it's because I'm bloated. I've reduced the amount of fizzy drinks I drink, mainly drink water or milk now. Is there anything else I can do to solve this as I'm really not liking the way I look.

Try cutting out salts too, that should help :)

True about sodium. Salt retains water big time and it is in everything, even diet soda. Cut it down for a week & don't use the salt shaker and you'll see a major difference

My diet hasn't really changed much, just eating slighly healthy and as for the salt I've never really been a big salt eater, yes I'll have them when I have the occasional chips but apart from that I don't add salt onto my foods
