Top-to-Bottom Beach Basics, Cardio Jumpster, and Art of Exercise: Free Level I are all pretty good places to start if you're looking for specific workouts on this app. With such short workouts you could easily workout everyday and see/feel a difference by the end of the week. Your ability to do cardio will improve and so will all of the strength training.
Just don't beat yourself up if you find you need to take a break, it takes time to condition your body and you'll get to where you want to be if you take your time and keep at it!!
