This app is really good when it comes to helping you follow exercise routines. But You gotta remember that weight loss has a lot to do with nutrition. Some say is 70% food intake and 30% exercise. To start understanding your eating habits is good if you write down all you eat on a normal day. A calorie counting app could easily help with that. People tend to be extremely unaware of how many calories they consume daily. The next step is understanding how many calories you should consume according to your height and creating a "lyfestyle" (and not a diet) that would satisfy those needs.
