I'm new to this and I'm hoping to find support, my plan is to lose weight and be healthy. I dont really have anyone at home to support me so its very very hard to stay focused and keep my head in the game. You can call me Suzy, I would just like to have support and maybe a few tips. :)

eat fruits and drink lots of water! that will bring up ur energy into doing workouts daily instead of buying those power bars that arent very healthy for you, just be active everyday
