workouts for fast results?

hey, I'm trying to lose weight and build muscle. are there any workouts out there that'll help me see results--faster?

Hi nicole. I got rid of 2% of my body fat in one month(my body fat percentage is at 6% right now) by adding an high intensity workout right after my weight training workout. I also went on very easy restrictions to my diet. Instead of eating sugary snacks, have an apple or two. Always eat whole wheat bread over white. If you eat eggs, take the yolks out of a third of the eggs you eat. When you want a snack eat something simple like a banana. As for gaining muscle you need to eat 1 gram of protein...
