Losing body fat

Im 16, I weight 124 pounds and I have around 13% of body fat. Any tips for eliminating body fat?

Diet and exercise; no junk food our maybe cut down gradually (baby steps) and exercise regularly. You got this app so I guess you're on the right track

I need to lose bodyfat to im 23  weigh 50 kg and have 19% body fat. I eat well excercise 5 times a week where am I going wrong? ? X

Hi train 5 times a week. I go to the gym 4 which consists of cardio for 40 mins and weights for alf n hour then thai boxing once a week I eat 3 meals a day which is mostly protein and veg and a small amount of carbs. My downfall is probably weekend when I do fall off the wagon and will eat crisp and drink alcohol but not excessively help!! ;)
