Hey :) I'd really like to be able to do the splits. Do you know a stretching routine or something to increase leg flexibility? :)

Awesome. I was just thinking I wanted to be able to do the splits. It will take a lot. I'm so not flexible.

Just keep on doing your splits everyday and pushing yourself a little harder each day.Thats how I got mine.
