Hey :) I'd really like to be able to do the splits. Do you know a stretching routine or something to increase leg flexibility? :)

Stretches r good, but you have to keep it up. I used to be able to do a split but now I can't cuz I stopped practicing

Try going you lowest then stay their for 30 seconds everyday that's how I got the splits all the way done

Try the butterfly stretch. It is very effective.

Awesome. I was just thinking I wanted to be able to do the splits. It will take a lot. I'm so not flexible.

Just keep on doing your splits everyday and pushing yourself a little harder each day.Thats how I got mine.
