Bath after workout

Hello to all. I just wanna ask from you all what kind of bath temperature is best after intense workouts

I do a decel shower. Start it off suuuuper hot, as hot as you can stand. Then slowly work your way to a cold shower. The heat opens your muscles. As you gradually get colder your muscle dispatch the lactic acid that causes soreness.
