Runners suggestion?

Do i have to build lower body muscles just gain more speed? I have been running/jooging 5k to 10k for 4 times a week. So i just want to be more faster than my average speed.

Well the only way you're going to get some speed is with sume speed training. Because you're what I call, in my opinion, a mid range to long range runner, then you should work on speed resistance training. you can actually do 3 days a week your normal jogging routine and 2 days a week do your speed resistance training. Dont over train, eat well and sleep even better. Theres tons of workouts you can find on google to hel.u pit bro. Keep up the good work
