So I'm looking to other alternatives for cardio. Is cycling as good as running ? I also swim so I know that is a good source but the clorine is hard on my skin and hair. Any other cardio ideas will help. Thanks :-)
Cyclings amazing exercise - gentle on the joints too (as is swimming) unlike road running (which I used to do). I commute to/from work on a bike. Luckily there're showers at work so I really go for it and get a real muscle burn going on. I seen my fitness come along leaps and bounds. Been cycling ~2 years now. Definitely recommend it. Great cardio.
