I HATE doing cardio!! But I know the only way to get better at it is by doing it. I try to not push myself really hard when I do it but I don't want to go so slow that I don't sweat.
However, when I do do it I get light headed to the point I almost pass out.
Would drinking more water help? Are there any tricks to doing cardio?
