How to start?

I just started with losing weight and stuff for summer. I don't really have a good condition and I use to do my sport 2 times an hour per week.
How can I start? Every day at least 30minutes workout? or an hour?
And since 1 week ago I go running (I can/do around 3km now)
please help me

Gj so far, but don't overdo it the most an average person needs to exercise is 40min as for exercises and workouts do hiit workouts bc they help shed fat :) Gl!

You shouldn't set your goals that high. Starting with an hour every day is bound to get you to hate working out and eventually quit.
Start small, don't force yourself too much. Remember to include both easy and tough workouts through out the week.
Also, keep in mind that a good body is 50% working out and 50% good nutrition.

Only working out is sometimes really annoying because of my small room. But whatever I Will see :) x
