Ok I'm planning to go into the service in 6 months or less and I'm not in shape. However, as of now I am limited on time and need a simple work out. Can someone pretty please help me????
When you are going into the service i would reccomend that you do alot of bodyweigt exercises on highreps. And work at an intense rate. Your cardio will be important but also your muscle condition.
Do you want to gain more strenght aswell or just better cardio?
