So i already lost 6 pounds out of the 10 pounds i wanted to lose....ok i need some more easy ideas on how to lose 10 more pounds....???
Doing cruntches is will fast i lost 15 pounds in one week cause i did 100 aday
Cut back on carbs (bread, pasta), sugar (candy, soda). Try doing planks. I've found some great plank exercises at ab-workouts-guide/plank-exercise. Also try 2 Min Elbow Plank Challenge, Multi-Plank Challenge, Burn Fat Burn! They're fun and short and burn plenty of fat. Good luck and God Bless.
