I only get 15 min at work for breakfast as well. Lately I have been doing Greek yogurt (Fage brand, always make sure it isn't fake Greek, thickened with extra crap), and I mix in some pecans or walnuts, and usually some gluten free dry cereal, sometime extra berries. The yogurt has 12 G protein, and the nuts add good fats. I am primarily vegetarian, and have found this gets me through until my lunch around 2pm. Good luck!
