Low carb, quick healthy breakfasts?

I work from 6am in the morning and my Orr break is at 8am. I don't have long, just 15 minutes. Can anyone recommend a good healthy breakfast?
I'm currently trying to lose weight, so low carb would be great :)

I like to make a breakfast quiche or take hard boiled egg and pre cooked sausage to work for break! Also can make eggs and omelet at night or before work, it's faster to cook an egg at home than go thru a drive thru! Good luck! I enjoy recipes at genaw.com, so check it out!

You can also do a meal replacement shake as s filler. Advosooner.com has you covered.

I only get 15 min at work for breakfast as well. Lately I have been doing Greek yogurt (Fage brand, always make sure it isn't fake Greek, thickened with extra crap), and I mix in some pecans or walnuts, and usually some gluten free dry cereal, sometime extra berries. The yogurt has 12 G protein, and the nuts add good fats. I am primarily vegetarian, and have found this gets me through until my lunch around 2pm. Good luck!
