Its one thing to say it its another to actually write it down and have others acknowledge it. Mine is to eat better and include more quinoa in my meal plans.

I want to get rid of some belly efter that i want to get a flat stomach and to get lean abs butt don't no really whats best for me

Get these abs defined in time for May and the rest of summer. They're almost there and its killing me!

For abs I like Ripped Six Pack Abs and Lower ABS Torture (VD29) and cargo to help burn fat. Burning the fat in you're stomach helps better define your abs

Going to complete my 30-days of 10 minutes planking each day. Also, stick to at least 4 days/week of working out. Not to specific, but attainable =)

Wow! 10 minutes straight of plank! That's amazing! My 45 seconds burn!

Not always 10 straight! There are a few workouts that get in 10 minutes, switching between different variations, some w some short breaks. If I'm at work I sneak 1-min planks throughout the day. I can do a full 2 min now though =)

My goals for April:

Finish the the drinking water challenge - need to get in the habit of drinking more water and cutting out sugary drinks!

Start my new training plan for running.  Looking to run another half marathon either this summer or early fall.  

Complete the lose it and tone it program.

Generally making small changes to my lifestyle.

Get my vertical high enough so i can dunk. I can touch rim so i think i can complete my goal by the end of the month.. wish me luck and best of luck to all of you on your goals.

What are you doing to accomplish this? I can grab the rim, but it would be nice to throw down on people.

Lots of squats. And jus practicing ive been dunking with a table tennis ball and work your way up in bigger size until u reach basketball(tennisball,softball,etc,etc) also jus look up how to increase your vertical on youtube theres lots of helpful vids.. On there

My goal for April:
- Achieve 10 miles running a week (as in the challenge)
- complete 10-minute plank for 30 days challenge
- complete no junk food for 21 days challenge
- lose another 4-5 cm in waist line
I'm hoping that by achieving all those goals by the end of the month, I can also lose more weight (reaching 50 kg or less).

Sounds like somebody is keeping up with each challenge they joined. I bet some can't name half. Just be typing "I'm in"

Not me :) I only participate on those three challenges.. I know my body limit, so I would not take part in any challenge that I can not afford to do ;)
