Its one thing to say it its another to actually write it down and have others acknowledge it. Mine is to eat better and include more quinoa in my meal plans.
Get these abs defined in time for May and the rest of summer. They're almost there and its killing me!

Get my vertical high enough so i can dunk. I can touch rim so i think i can complete my goal by the end of the month.. wish me luck and best of luck to all of you on your goals.
My goal for April:
- Achieve 10 miles running a week (as in the challenge)
- complete 10-minute plank for 30 days challenge
- complete no junk food for 21 days challenge
- lose another 4-5 cm in waist line
I'm hoping that by achieving all those goals by the end of the month, I can also lose more weight (reaching 50 kg or less).
