no worries..just get back too it..ive discovered that even if you are tired, when you do some yoga moves or cardio you feel great after..dnt let go,stay focus
Start with at least 10 mins.. n after those 10 mins you might get the energy to go 30-45 mins mo.
Some times i feel tired too but after 3 days i have to get back on it, i don t wanna gain a pound.
Same here! I already gained 5 lbs! And, i dunno, i just havent had the energy (mayb motivation also?) to get back on it
