Try eating dinner at least 2 hrs before sleeping time.
Don't get into argument s or listening to depressing news on tv in the evening
Have a glass of milk before going to bed
Don't take life seriously
Try taking herbal remedies such as Melatonin or Valerian Root with a glass of warm milk about 1 hour before bed. They are over the counter and easy to find.
