I had sleeping problems a while ago apparently I had too much on my mind. Try to focus on a few things and not everything. Calm down a little if your working out without a proper rest each week.

Try eating dinner at least 2 hrs before sleeping time.
Don't get into argument s or listening to depressing news on tv in the evening
Have a glass of milk before going to bed
Don't take life seriously

I can't sleep either. I struggle with insomnia and everyone told how getting moving and exercise would help me sleep. I'm working out, walking almost 7 miles a day now also. At the end of the day I am completely exhausted....then I get in bed and feel like I should go do another 7 miles cuz im till 3 or 4 in the am still..lol

Try taking herbal remedies such as Melatonin or Valerian Root with a glass of warm milk about 1 hour before bed. They are over the counter and easy to find.
