I wanna try to work out for at least 15 minutes everyday. If i like how im feeling, i might bump it up to 20 or 25 minutes. Progress comes with patience:)

i like 2 do at least 10-15 min workout..but ive been doing 2 hours for a month now..it feels good!!

I used this before, like twice. But that was like 2 years ago. Im starting to get into it and using it more often starting today

You can click on the option button at your profile and there is something called add photo or set profile pic. And to start a topic, if im not mistaken it's under the forum section. Im new too. Just playing around with it, hope it helps! ;))
