Im fairly new to lifting. One thing im wondering about is my biceps never get sore. I work them like the rest of my body . And while the rest of my body is on fire my biceps never get that burn. Any thoughts?

How does your bicep routine looks like?

Normally 3 or 4 sets with dumbbell then barbell. I add weight with each set until I can't get passed 3 or 4 reps.
