I just got this app on my phone lastnight, so I'm new to this. I'd like to do a workout at least everyday. I have the time to do so, just never have the motivation to do it all the time. My goal is to tone my stomach to get in shape by the summer, and would like to keep myself in shape! Anybody willing to help me out, that would be awesome! :D

Yeh keep ur head and eyes forward! Its never easy but it gets better. And i personally like the 2 min plank challenge. I try to do it a few times a day. And even if u have to pause for breaks just keep at it. And dont try to go too hard too fast just stick to casual. And im def not an expert im totally new at this too but i know how much positive comments help me to keep going.
I'll motivate ya and try to give you some tips, if you help motivate me :) I just got this app today too
