I just got this app on my phone lastnight, so I'm new to this. I'd like to do a workout at least everyday. I have the time to do so, just never have the motivation to do it all the time. My goal is to tone my stomach to get in shape by the summer, and would like to keep myself in shape! Anybody willing to help me out, that would be awesome! :D

Yeh keep ur head and eyes forward! Its never easy but it gets better. And i personally like the 2 min plank challenge. I try to do it a few times a day. And even if u have to pause for breaks just keep at it.  And dont try to go too hard too fast just stick to casual. And im def not an expert im totally new at this too but i know how much positive comments help me to keep going.

What I like to do is write my goal an a piece of paper then hang it where I can see it and look at it before I work out

Back when I used to play sports I used to make a workout calendar and put a sticker on the days I did a good enough workout. You should try it, it may help!

this app is amazing! There's so many workouts so you'll never get bored. Trust me if you give it your 100% you will be exhausted and will see results in a month to two months.

It definitely is! I've try a couple different workout apps before, but this one is the best one I've used. And makes perfect sense! :)
