Hello there! I'm just starting my journey to weight loss and am hoping to reach my goal weight in 6 months. My goal is NOT to be skinny, it is to be healthy. I started dieting and exercising this past Sunday and have my first weigh in on Sunday and I'm excited!

When u loose weight u look attracting and beautifull but there is more than that. If u maintain weight than u become less prone to health problems like heart, high blood pressure, sugar, increased level of cholestrol etc. It also helps in slowing down aging, knees and lower back related problems...
