I am new to this app. I. Doing great with the diet so far. Caounting calories with the help of my fitness pal. Im kind of lost with excercise. I will.walk when nice out. I ha e 130 lbs to lose. Can I do stomach excersises to help.lose belly fat? If so which ones? Or is just doing aerobic type tapes the best to start with? There is an application you can put on your phone (free) called c25k. It will help you get started with training for your first 5k. Along with this, start lifting weights. The weightlifting will help condition your joints so you dont injure yourself. I had to repeat week two twice and week four three times. Take it slow and dont over train. My friend started this program and was over 300 pounds. She has lost almost 50 pounds and is working on week 7.
Oh...you can not choose where your body loses fat from. All you csn do is work hard to lose fat and it will slowly disappear.
