Hello. I'm kika. I been trying about 2 months to lose weight. Havnt exercised. Really just myn lifes an exercise. Im walkin at work all shift. Lol. But about 2 months ago I weighed 238. I am at 230 today. So n ot bad righy since I did stop for a while. All I been doing is calorie count. Which I love. My gf just told mii about this app and I hope I can follow it and get some more motivation :) any tips and adviced greatly appreciated ♡♥

Try slowy cutting your sugar intake. That will help you lose weight and burn fats fast!

Thank yu. Thank god I'm not into sweets. Ill tell yu my weakness!! Bread lol i know it contains sugar but yes that's my weakness
