i only have a pull up bar/tricep dips bar and 2x 5lbs dumbells
Hey Hey Hey. I'm dead serious. I want to build muscle and incorporate strength training into my routine. I workout everyday. T25 or insanity. Or zumba. And a bit of jogging on Friday Saturday and Sunday. I don't know where to start with the weights. I'm a beginner.
