I've been dieting and exercising but I've also been miserable it came to the point where 1 day I just told myself " today don't give a crap" and I didn't, I ate everything I wanted to but now I feel guilty so is there any way to undo this?
Tbh if you are feeling miserable you are doing something wrong. It is key to eat enough and eat what you like. This way you can enjoy it way more and get much better results
