My motivation is my fiancé, I want to put on a lil more weight and look healthier when we get married
My motivation is a combination of my prior fitness level, my boyfriend, and summer. I used to be extremely fit, but life caught up with me these past couple years, and I stopped working out. This year, I want to get back in shape by summer for my own self-esteem and so that my handsome boy can show me off. I've just got some stubborn pounds to shed and some muscle to tone. :)
My Dad. He's my hero. When I a child he was paralyzed in an accident. His doctors said he would never walk. A few years ago he had a stroke and his doctor said he would never speak like a normal human being. Today he walks and he speaks better than I do. He's living proof that God exists in all of us. He taught to me to never give up, and for that I'm eternally greatful.
