Go natural. Eat things in their natural form. They are alkaline. Nuts, honey, vegetable juice (with apple), seasonal fresh fruit. Nothing in nature comes in a carton. So eat raw. Also fish oil, flaxseed oil has to be consumed for Omega 3. Egg white, grams and pulses for protein. Hummus is also good. Salad of all types. Just go raw. And no sugar. No white flour. God bless you.
