Need help eating right

How do you stay away from late night junk food? & what is considered healthy and unhealthy.. I'm determined to get my old body back but in need of some help!

The best way is to go to sleep early. Sleep is a very important factor to consider when loosing weight. People just don't put much emphasis on it. If you can't sleep early. Do an intense workout in the morning or during the day so your body will call for sleep earlier than usual.  Of you can't control the urge to snack then go fill yourself up with water.

Go natural. Eat things in their natural form. They are alkaline. Nuts, honey, vegetable juice (with apple), seasonal fresh fruit. Nothing in nature comes in a carton. So eat raw. Also fish oil, flaxseed oil has to be consumed for Omega 3. Egg white, grams and pulses for protein. Hummus is also good. Salad of all types. Just go raw. And no sugar. No white flour. Junk food but I think I'm doing better with it. I cut out chips, pop and candy now.
