Since starting to work out i find it hard to fall asleep any advice?
I can't sleep either, I'm gonna try that Yoga Chill Out and see if that helps me
Yoga and meditation are great for getting you in a relaxed state of mind. Also, try lavender scents have shown to have an effect on lowering blood pressure and your heart rate. But only when used in combination with other relaxing techniques. Try candles, sprays, or bubble baths with lavender scent.
