Melatonin is a hormone, not a vitamin.  Maybe work out early in the day.

Yoga and meditation are great for getting you in a relaxed state of mind. Also, try lavender scents have shown to have an effect on lowering blood pressure and your heart rate. But only when used in combination with other relaxing techniques. Try candles, sprays, or bubble baths with lavender scent.

I often can't sleep, but I find that meditation and stretching can help.

I can't sleep either, I'm gonna try that Yoga Chill Out and see if that helps me
