Busy Mums, how do you keep fit in your busy schedules?
How do you sqeeze keeping fit in your day to day life?
As long as u have 30 minutes to an hour of free time, u can get a good workout in. Im also a busy mom and I start my workouts as soon as my daughter is off to school, i usually do 30-60 minutes of workouts.
I have 2 teenage boys, work and also go to college. I do try to train a minimum of 15 min a day, even if its reps of squats, push ups and planks. Sometimes motivation is hard as i often feel really tired from my long days
