Workouts with Asthma!

With the weather changing (especially) my workouts are becoming really difficult because of my asthma. I guess I'm trying to figure out how to condition my body to still be physically active even with my asthma. Any advice/suggestions!?

Do indoor workouts when it is cold outside or the allergens that trigger your asthma are high. Do you have activity triggered asthma?

Yes, I have exercise induced asthma but I used to be very physical and athletic. However, lately its been really difficult.
