I broke the 100 mark on workout completion earlier this week. And yeah, most of the workouts were short (really short) and at the casual level, but I'm proud of myself for clicking the "Do Workout" button over 100 times. I've never been all that into exercise (still not), so nearly every time I pressed the button there was something else I would have rather been doing (mostly sitting on the couch and eating cookies). I'm still overweight and out of shape, but a little less overweight, and a little less out of shape than I was 100 workouts ago!
