Lately I have found seeing pictures of people who are extremely fit to be extremely motivational.

I'm reading a book too by Bryan Anderson who is a triple amputee from Iraq. This book is by far the most amazing thing I think I've read yet! Makes me believe I can do anything.

Oh and can't forget movies like GI Jane that just makes me want to jump up and start working out while I'm watching it. Ill always love that movie.
