so i hear that skipping is very good for you, so my netball coach has got my team to skip twice a week for 15 minutes, what would be cool is if you guys would join me and we make it into skipping everyday for 15 minutes. Skipping is great for weight loss and loosing belly fat and tonning up so yeah i'm keen but only if you are because i can not do this without you...so you keen?
