jump rope challenge for 30 days

so i hear that skipping is very good for you, so my netball coach has got my team to skip twice a week for 15 minutes, what would be cool is if you guys would join me and we make it into skipping everyday for 15 minutes. Skipping is great for weight loss and loosing belly fat and tonning up so yeah i'm keen but only if you are because i can not do this without you...so you keen?

Im in...so you just skip for 15min? Can u break it up or is there any method to it?

Skipping is also great for posture and being quick on your feet. Count me in :)

Yep I'm in, I've been thinking about different ways to increase my cardio and I needed a new challenge. Im starting today! Has any one got this as a Skimble w/o?

Yep I've created one. It has breaks for your drinks and includes stretches but no warm down so make sure you warm down. Workout can be found on my profile.

Ive been jumping for a month and it starts toning the legs really fast!  I love using it as my cardio

I don't have a jump rope, but I guess I can still go thru the motions :)

use any kind of rope..i used 2 jump using a wire or a cable..somtimes i use the hoola ;P

OMG!! i was just thinking about making a rope jump challange..but i didnt had a plan yet..thank god u made this challange Vika..

but, is it15 min straight or just 15 min a day??

Good point Noa I just assumed it was 15 mins straight but ur right it could also be 15 mins a day. Which is way easier

Hey it's better to do it all together like I can't skip constantly for 15 minutes so I maybe skip for as long as I can then have a drink then skip again. I have a timer with me and if I'm going to have a big break then I pause it otherwise if its a small one then I just keep moving and have a drink.

Day 1 complete!! What a great w/o for just 15 mins worth of work. Started off very shaky   Improved towards the end. I'll be giving the lil kids at my daughters after school club a run for their money once this challenge reaches the end. Watch out kids here I come!!!
