I'm running 35, and have been marine fit throughout.but I've realised that of late, the body takes time to warm up! N i have niggles if I don't cool down.... How many take stretching seriously?
I quickly found out that stretching is definately a needed part of ones workout!
I always do proper warm ups. Never really stretch though
I stretch of I'm at yoga class. It's really nice to have that extra encouragement to slow the hack down and just be.
I have to stretch. Yoga and barre help alot as well...
