So I did one full round of insanity..lost 16 pounds and wanted to do another round, but hit a plateau. I need to mix it up and that's where I found this app. I still have 50 pounds to go, and would love to have a workout buddy to share success with and to motivate each other.
First thing u need to do is get diet plan it all starts there then u need mix up ur days of what ur working out, day 1 arms day 2 chest for example. For each muscle group change diff exercise that will still work out the group so u don't get bored and u also do muscle confusion
